ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Inspired by a desire to impart important truths and values to the next generation, I began writing for my niece Maxine Mohnhaupt.
​
I completed my first children's book, Leon the Lion and the Itty Bitty Mouse in the BIG Lesson in 2010 and it was well received in the community and is now being distributed through out the country.
​
My second book "Spring Has Sprung" also stars Victor the Mouse. It includes a vocabulary page for newly introduced words and their meanings and covers the principle of "metamorphosis."
​
The third edition of the series is in the works presently, with the story completed and illustrations now underway. Victor has grown up, and is now into his preteen years. He is still taking his adventures and learning valuable lessons he'd like to share. This edition should be in print soon. So stay tuned!
